Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the internet,
Things down here in El Paso are floating by. Do you you know the old phrase "time flies when your having fun. Well ya.... It really does fly! As of next Monday I will have been out 16 months. What?
Anywho, life in El Paso is Marvelous. The weather is getting chilly (60 degrees :D) which means Elder Allen and I get to bust our sweaters in the morning when it's still cold. We were also able to get a new investigator this past week named is Xochitl (10 brownie points to whomever knows the correct pronunciation). And she's super cool! :)
Oh and we are for sure going to be having another baptism on the 15th!!!!!! What?! It will be Elder Allen's first and my second, and so we are both so happy for her! :) Also her boyfriend from Pocatello, Idaho, will be flying down and will be performing the baptism!
Oh and Halloween was this week too!! Halloween for us was pretty much just a normal day. And because Halloween was on Friday, we had District Meeting. And at the meeting we had tons of new elders because of transfers, and so Elder Allen and I switched tags MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. We also came in dressed up with pirate patches. #rebels #spookymeetings Also, our ward had it's Halloween Party, and we had such an amazing turnout. We had all sorts of fun games and spooky costumes. Some of my favorites were: Sultan, a "SIMS" man, and Rambo! It was pretty great! Elder Allen and I once again proved mischievous and switched our nametags!
Anywho, that was our week in a nutshell!
Until next time
Elder Guymon
